Terms of Use

Premium Vehicle Rental

1. General Provisions

The Gift Certificate (hereinafter referred to as the “Certificate”) is a document confirming the right of its holder (the “Holder”) to receive vehicle rental services from our company’s premium-class fleet in an amount corresponding to the nominal value of the Certificate.

The Certificate is not a means of payment, security, or bank card. The Certificate may not be exchanged for cash.

The Certificate functions as a prepaid rental instrument: its nominal value fully or partially covers the cost of the selected rental service.

2. Purchase of the Certificate

The Certificate is issued in two formats:

Electronic (PDF) — sent to the email address specified when placing the order within 15 minutes after payment.
Physical (branded envelope) — available for pickup from our office or delivered by courier upon agreement.

Certificates may be issued for any amount — there is no minimum nominal value. Multiple Certificates may be purchased and combined toward payment for a single rental.

The Certificate is valid only within the country of purchase and applies exclusively to individuals.

📌 Delivery Notification. After purchasing an electronic Certificate, the Purchaser receives an SMS notification confirming delivery to the recipient. If the Certificate is physical, the Purchaser may уточнить delivery status with the manager.

3. Validity Period

The Certificate is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise expressly stated on the Certificate itself.

The rental start date (vehicle delivery date) must be scheduled within the validity period of the Certificate.

📌 Upon expiration of the validity period, the Certificate shall become void. Extension or reinstatement of an expired Certificate is not provided.

4. Activation and Booking

To use the Certificate, the Holder must:

Contact the company manager by phone, messenger, or through the website.
Provide the Certificate number and desired rental dates.
Select an available vehicle from the fleet for the specified dates.
Confirm the booking — the Certificate shall be deemed activated upon confirmation.

Bookings are recommended to be made at least 48 hours prior to the desired vehicle delivery date, especially during holidays, weekends, and high season periods.

‼️ Mobile Application and Certificate: at present, the use of the Certificate through the mobile application is unavailable. Please contact the manager, who will manually apply the Certificate for you.

‼️ A specific vehicle from the fleet is selected based on availability on the rental date. The Company does not guarantee the availability of a specific make or model without prior reservation.

5. Payment Procedure and Additional Charges

If the cost of the selected rental equals the nominal value of the Certificate, the rental shall be provided without additional payment.

If the cost of the selected rental exceeds the nominal value of the Certificate, the difference shall be paid by the Holder upon execution of the rental agreement. Available payment methods include:

Bank card payment (online or upon vehicle delivery).
Instant bank transfer system.
Cash payment upon vehicle delivery (subject to prior agreement with the manager).

If the cost of the selected rental is lower than the nominal value of the Certificate, the remaining balance shall remain credited to the Certificate account and may be applied toward a future booking within the validity period; such balance shall not expire.

6. Requirements for the Certificate Holder

To receive a rental vehicle, the Holder must comply with the Company’s standard requirements:

Minimum age of 21 years.
A valid Russian or international driver’s license of category “B” (or the relevant category for the rented vehicle).
Minimum driving experience of 1 year.
Identity document — passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or an international passport.

📌 The Company reserves the right to refuse vehicle provision if the Holder does not meet the requirements or has provided inaccurate information. In such case, a repeated booking may be made before the Certificate expires.

‼️ The Certificate Holder and the person operating the vehicle must be the same individual. Transfer of vehicle control to third parties not specified in the rental agreement is prohibited.

7. Deposit and Insurance

Upon receiving the vehicle, a security deposit must also be paid. The amount of the deposit depends on the vehicle class and is specified at the time of booking. The funds shall be fully refunded upon return of the vehicle in proper condition.

Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price (CASCO and compulsory motor third-party liability insurance). Additional insurance options (100% coverage) are available for an additional fee and are not covered by the Certificate, except for the “Premium” Certificate package, which includes 100% coverage.

‼️ The “Standard” Certificate package covers rental costs only. Deposits, fines, fuel, additional equipment, and extended insurance coverage shall be paid separately.

‼️ The “Premium” Certificate package covers certain additional expenses. Specifically, 100% insurance coverage, vehicle washing, fuel, delivery, and pickup services.

8. Vehicle Usage Rules

When using the Certificate, the Holder shall be subject to all standard rental rules of the Company, including but not limited to:

No smoking inside the vehicle (violation results in a cleaning fee).
Prohibition of driving outside public roads (dirt/field roads) without prior approval.
Prohibition of using the vehicle for commercial purposes (taxi, car-sharing, delivery services, etc.).
Return of the vehicle with the same fuel level as at delivery or payment for refueling.

📌 Detailed terms are specified in the rental agreement. The agreement is signed upon vehicle delivery.

9. Return and Exchange of the Certificate

The nominal value of the Certificate is non-refundable in cash, except in cases provided for by Clause 3 of Article 487 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and Article 23.1 of Law No. 2300-1 dated February 7, 1992 “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

Exception: the Certificate may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that it has not been activated (used for any booking). Refunds are processed based on a written application.

The Certificate may not be transferred to another person.

10. Limitations and Exclusions

The Certificate does not cover:

Additional services such as child seats and GPS navigation systems.
Traffic fines and road traffic violations incurred during the rental period.
Fuel, parking, and toll road expenses.
Personal chauffeur services.
Compensation for damage caused to the vehicle due to the Holder’s fault.
Rentals on days officially closed by the Company (corporate events, technical maintenance periods).

11. Data Confidentiality

The personal data of the Purchaser and the Holder shall be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. Such data shall be used exclusively for the arrangement and performance of rental services.

14. Amendments to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version shall be published on the Company’s official website. Amendments shall not apply to Certificates that have already been activated (booked).
